Depends on character.
Assassin/Paladin/Sorceress are fastest and all have builds that can efficiently handle NM. Really only need to stop for Pindle to catch up on levels (prior to Hell content). I’d say under 10 hours for clvl 71 and NM Baal finished is extremely realistic for those 3.

E: World record for Any% Hell HC Sorceress is 4 hours 39m.

Definitely faster to progress P1 and do P8 once you hit specific points. Speedruns are generally enforced P1/no RWM.

Ah. Yeah I figured some people might do p1 progression and p3-8 farm. I did the standard wt style with p8 progression, which I think 27 hours isn’t too bad to get into hell and farm for a couple hours. So it roughly took me 24 hours I think to get to hell on p8 with farming nm.

I’m progressing with P8 and then MF as high as I can which is usually p5-p8.

That can easily be done on P8. Espically, a trapsin and summoner.

i didn't notice that in the rules until you pointed it out. that is incredibly lame imo.

then again, with exception to countess i always play p8 even on reruns. if i cant rerun on p8 i don't rerun there.
