yes, this is pretty true. reapers is prolly your actual best bet, but if you really want the free medi (we all love medi) get it in a thresher, and get a higher def for treach.

Get him geared with some eth items (bugged if possible) eth insight, eth upped forty, eth andy's noyou got all the stats you need on your merc! Life tap and great defense.

Imo treachery > forti. Also, where does the life tap come from?

Andy's.. 10% life steal per hit

And go for the forty for massive def 3k + to pump up the defence

This post has so many wrongs in it I don't know where to start...

10% life stolen per hit does nothing where it actually matter, which is on bosses. Also 10% life steal or any life stolen per hit for that matter is not the same as Life Tap. Not even close.

And Treachery is always better than Fortitude. ALWAYS.

The difference is 40% life leech :p And the ability to leech off monsters that don't let you leech normally.

Fort would further add increased life gain due to more damage. I don't disagree with treachery though, with the ias and survivability boost.
