Differences:
In PvP teeth is actually somewhat useful for say killing a druids wolves, in pvm it is mostly useless.
In PvM CE is one of your main sources of damage
In PvM you are allowed to use curses/summons
In PvM wall/prison is way more useful because unlike pvp 90% of the enemies don't have teleport.

this seems like an intriguing build, since i was starting to think that boners couldnt pvm. so lemme get this straight-

prison/wall until enemies cant move
spear some to death
amp damage
ce

how do you deal with bosses? decrep/beef merc?

does this build utilize summons at all besides revive?

Decrip + Clay golem = boss is REALLY slow.

Then just spear + merc
