More into skeletons, some useful auras : fastest way for bosses.

most damage of a summoner comes from his merc (he normally deals the amount your whole army deals (+ cb) on a single target

Depends on summoners.

If you really pump up your skeletons, they deal more damage than your merc.

Against act bosses (regular merc damage reduced by 75%), the difference can be huge !

the damage reduction does not work with cb (there the standard 50% cut versus bosses applies) and it is the cb we are looking for versus those act bosses

also: ther eis little room for improvement of your summons actually

+345% ed (level 20 conc) is just a little room to improve.

CB doesn't benefit from negative %dr : against Amp'd Baal (-50%dr), regular damage have a +50% benefit on CB.

CB is not only what we're looking for.
See for example (in another situation, but I let you see the link):

Regular damage must be taken into account when you question killing speed.
Actually, CB alone simply doesn't kill anything...

I have the impression that you simply underestimate the total damage output of a whole level 50+ skel army, under the effect of might/conc/fanatism.

Not going to look for precise figures at this time, but feel free to drop a pm if you want.

Get crushing blow for merc and most importantly - get a weapon with slow monster for him. It totally disables all bosses attacks. Its not the fastest way of playing/killing monsters, but fastest is usually the most boring . Have fun.

In 1 player games summon necs are MUCH faster at mfing (clearing all monsters and @ bosses). They can also load more mf without sacrificing any killing speed/safety.

You can essentially mf in any place, which is what I loved about my summoner. I liked act 5 if you stay away from the places where those ice monsters melt upon death. Stuff like worldstone keep, even with gloams (or w/e they're called there) is a piece of cake if you have Dim Vision, which is a fantastic 1 point wonder for pvm.
