Do you need the extra ias (do you hit faster bp with conc, for example)? If not, then I wouldn't use 40/15. 40/9 would be better, or a simple eld, even hel.

You really should re-think your gear (belt, helm, weapon, gloves etc)

do not know which weapon type your ebotdz are in.. but as I can see from your gear your only ias comes from the weapon itself..

if your ebotdz is in a ba then you will reach one more breakpoint whit 15 more ias on consentrate.. 15 (2x) more ias will be useless!!

if it is in a cb then you will need 30 ias to reach next breakpoint whit consentrate...

Remember ONLY ias from the weapon itself will make your ww faster.. meaning you have NO way to change it whitout changing your weapon!

if your dungo is 15 DR% + storm gives 35% then you have 50.. 50% is maximum DR% more is useless.. so no bers..

on a meele char you never go wrong whit 40 ed 15 max jewels but there are other alternatives..

btw my personal favorite is frenzy barb for pvm whit 20 berzerk (makes physical imunes go down like anything eals using frenzy) + if you use drac gloves on him he is invincible

this char is fast fun and safe for hc considering you kill using berzerk when iron maiden cursed

Never put ed/max jewels into armors. And "ebotdz" usually means:

e = ethereal
botd = breath of the dying
z = zerker = berserker axe

DR is capped at 50%, so why are you stacking it?!?! String + SS = 50 right there, double Ber would be the equivalent of spending 2 hi runes to do nothing whilst wasting 2 sockets. If you replace dungo with a 15/15 string of ears you will have maxed your DR%, gained a good source for LL, blah blah. If you dont wear a ravenfrost, I would recommend putting a Cham in something so you cant be frozen. Other than that, its really a personal call whether you want to doll out more dmg w/ 40/15, deal lesser damage but with fhr/stacked res jwl, or have increased survivability w/ jah rune. My personal favorite for HC is sol rune cause its cheap as hell and effective at what it does: save your ass.

get gulli face with res/stat jewel
eld the stormshield or get -15/+15 jewel ?
