How much difference would it really make. Should I hold out to get the better LW that gets me 100%cb or just go for the cheaper one at 98%. I'm trying to solo ubers with my smiter.

Buy a Grief instead (phase blade).

it dont matter, if you have decent stuff aside lw you sould own them.

a little over 50 cb is all you need

98% or 100% cb is unncessary.
Also, grief pb is better than lw for ubers.

id say 95% is max, as with other stats.

if we talk about on hit effects, 100% is the only max there is (on a sidenote, you might wanna go back to school and learn how to use that mass of grey goo between your ears)

95% max would only work on things like ar dependent attacks

so please, if you do not really know what you are talking about
