I snagged a multistrike gem from someone in anarchy league for 1 gcp and 20 orbs of transmutation and now I feel like a fucking GOD. All I have on my cleave is faster attacks and multistrike now and I'm just whipping through shit at level 45. Yay for viable melee!

plus it attacks two additional times while it uses manacost for only one attack! so bm isn't even needed with a little lifeleech on gear !

yeah, multistrike is quite nice.
it also acts as some sort of aoe, if you are surrounded it attacks all enemies around you, not just the one in front of you.

playing a melee cleaver with 10k dps and all I have is basicly a 3L(cleave-multistrike-melee%-iq), they really went over board with buffing the melee dmg nodes.

My cleave dps is only 3k at level 58 now, I feel like I'm falling behind. At what level are you hitting 10k? I'm using multi, melee %, and faster attacks on it.
