Your passive tree is actually really good.
Make sure that you take all reachable life nodes - will be the key to survive.
Items with dual resists are cheap nowadays. Just try to get resists on every peace and you should be fine.
Items with life and resi sell for few gcp.
You actually don't really need elementalist since it's not leading you anyway and it takes two passives.
Also you might want to get inner force and the valuable life nodes in the upper tree.
Keep going and make sure that you also have some nice flasks with quality (incl. granites).
With the time you also might want to get away from blood magic and start using (all) your mana to have auras.
You have to use a blood magic gem on your cleave but it's alright with a 5l (and that's not too expensive either).
Make use of endurance charges if you don't do that already. A decoy totem can help wonders, esp. vs uniques and hard mob groups.
Dual curse is also really good, I would suggest Windscream boots and using Temp Chains + Ele Weakness.
