I have located tables of modifiers (prefixs & suffixs) on the poe website & the wiki. Neither list seems to tell what base items they can spawn on.
i.e. i've seen attack speed on weps & gloves but i assume it can't roll on everything.

Also less importantly i'd like to know what ilvls they correspond.
