switched from freezing pulse to arc yday, but i'm very low damage and it cost to much mana...
actually i got faster casting, added lighting damage, mana leech and lighting penetration linked to it and around 12 nodes from 6 to 12% (or 18 i dont remember) % light damage on passif but my damage & mana dont follow act 3 merciless and im 71

someone with a nice build can help me?

arc is extremely lackluster as a nuke spell to build around

Agreed that arc is a joke. you can get high shock chance out of it but it only hits 3 targets...
With spark you can get static blows and the other node next to it for shock chance and then have spark multiply itself with fork...

at least if it was some damage i coulda link it to chain... but its like i cant even kill a rare single target after all the white mob are gone lol
arc was the only lighting spell i liked to play with, im not feeling to play spark so ill just rebuilt to fp already ^^

Spark use to shot gun way better before they made it so the same spark could not hit the target again for x amount of seconds.
If I remember right they nerfed it even more then that which was all that was needed.
I don't blame you for not wanting to use it nowadays.

Yes lol not only does arc struggle with large mobs but it struggles with single targets as well.
Awful skill.

spark doesn't work with chain.

i only know of people using arc to either finish with mf because of range and cast speed or shock with it.
