try tidal island instead, the unique drops more than the totem does.
also the ilvl is higher.

my resists are pretty crappy atm i think helrake will shit on me

grab 3 sapphire flasks and any cold res gear u can get (even if its a downgrade)

it usually took me 1-3 runs to fill my inv, i definitely prefer it over the ledge.

eh i find 5+ rares per ledge run and its good exp i just felt like the drops from totem boss were way way way lower than they used to be
putting on cold res gear would mean giving up some iir which i dotn wanna do =\
