english is really easy to learn compared to most of the other languages, at least to comunicate and understand properly
i dont know why some people from US brag about speaking english while they can't even speak a second either third language
people like that should learn spanish and portuguese before criticizing latin people who can't speak english

english is actually one of the more complex languages to learn because of the amount of colloquialisms and nonsensical grammar rules, i.e read and read etc, ESL classes teach proper english but its hard to fully grasp the idiosyncrasies of speaking true american english

and spanish and portuguese are fairly simple to learn since they are romantic languages

P.S ENGLISH is not the only language spoken in america.. so i would probably have to inform you to go back to school as

THE STATES is english/spanish

and

CANADA english/french...

so instead of insulting those who do not speak your language maybe try learning his or her language since it is easier, having them learn yours just to understand you and w.e ignorant thing you feel the need to say.
