OP, there are a great wealth of resources but I recommend just playing and hoarding all currency and items you might think are good until you learn a bit more about what makes an item desirable.

do any of the orbs i'll find early on have trading value on here?

i found a jewelers orb and only have one. There's a few I only have one of that aren't alteration/transmutation

and how should i build my first time shadow?

all currency items can drop at any level, they're all worth something

EB/HP EK or FP build are safe and tanky

you can find a mirror worth loads of fg.. Not sure on its value right now but a month ago or something sold one for around 55k fg currency value in hardcore. Prices are a lot lower now though but still should be loads..

is it worth trading any of my orbs for low level unique items? i don't like grouping with people idk cus shits gay missing your drops so id rather solo
