Does this work for every single skill including aruas or just attack skills

So if people use this skill does it mean that they dont use aruas? or do they just give up 40-50% of their life for 2 aruas?

they give up a percent of their life, but you can reduce it with reduced mana gems and passives

question does this passive use 100% mana multiplier or is it like the gem where it uses ~200% mana cost multiplier

100%, its a direct conversion

i check forums when im at my gfs or whatnot
i dont play games there
