Thats why it needs exalts -.-
Koams aint got no resistance, and some moron in chat just spent hours telling me its best plate for all builds.

Agree, think it has 2 exalt slots, could be 3, not sure.

hm, is it an eva/stun delta mod?

the flat eva and stun% are both at the top thresholds for the ilvl bracket

Yeah ill throw 3 exalts on it later because i am rich anyway, and besides, if it rolls bad then i wont die of cancer, cant all be bad luck.
