I haven't been on PoE in a long while but I had multiple chars with high level gems, and gear.

When I went to log in I got a message saying my account was logged in from somewhere in the U.S (I live in Canada)

So I put in the code, log in and all my gear from all my chars / stash is gone

Is there anything I can do or do I just forget about playing again?

never had an issue
many many many others also have not had issues
sry you got keylogged maybe run a better antivirus you dont have to download something to get keylogged you can just click a link and it will download it without you even knowing
