how do i try it before buying? that is a common thing at clubs? cuz not in stores.

If you live in the united states, go to a dicks sporting goods and ask if you can try out some hybrids/hit a few. some have a monitor so you can see where you hit the ball and if you sliced it or not. Golf galaxy also has this. You can also call a range and see if the pro shops have any hybrids you can test out and if they do, you can actually see how you hit them.

From 160 yards my 9 iron is gold

very nice. I hit my 9 150-160 consistently which makes it great haha

I max out around 170 with it, but from 160 it's at it's best hehe
