I have 1b to invest in my monk. Looking for someone to either build on what I have or start from scratch.

Budget: 1b
Capability: mp10
Class: Monk
Build: Cyclone
Timeframe: The sooner the better

Must have vouches, let me know price and how long it will take.

Really? I figured it would be sufficient. I don't need to solo cookie-cutter it, but I want to be able to hang with a party.

1b for MP10 efficient will be a stretch and might take some sniping

2b is comfortable and you would be able to get something around 200kdps/500kehp
