Well, you are the dumb guy here saying everyone that has been scammed are either bad or dumb... I'm not using any 3rd party program and I didn't received any suspicious e-mail.

I have gotten hacked, I have auth.. and a real life friend with auth... Yes they are.. gtfo

Submit a ticket... Await an email reply. If they say they dont have a restore point then call them and speak to a rep. There should be a restore point!! then they will give you your gear back..
This has happened to my RL friend. And please ensure your authentication is working just for the extra security.

/e note the extra security, although i doubt you will need it if you get hacked again. ive never been in a pub game as i have enough friends to play with.

Nobody provides quotes to backup their point... but yes, the account losses are due to Blizzard's security. Joining public games resulting in getting hacked is nobody else's fault but Blizzard, and to hold the account holder responsible for not having an OPTIONAL additional security tool is just stupid. Blizzard needs to either send out a message saying that people are getting hacked for joining games OR get their shit fixed asap. This is not the account holders' faults. I have never been hacked by simply playing a game in any other game... in fact I've only been hacked once by a real id friend who turned out to be an asshole, but that was my fault.... thankfully I haven't been hacked in d3 though ^.-.

An actual reporter for a site was playing d3 to review and had an authenticator and got hacked. Hackers are spoofing session ID's, authenticators wont do shit.
