simple snack that takes literally 5 minutes to make.
i learnt this recipe forever ago, and it makes a nice light snack or appetizer!

Ingredients:

- Soft tortillas (maybe 3 small or 2 large)
- Soft butter
- Spices (oregano, basil, cloves, thyme, whichever "green" ones suit your fancy)

Prep:

- Pre heat oven to boil
- In a bowl mix a small teaspoon of butter and enough spices desired. (I usually do a teaspoon or so of each spice)
make sure the spices have enough butter or margarine to mix with though!
- Cut into triangles like a pizza and put into oven until golden brown
(should only take about 2 minutes)

Take out and briefly cool and enjoy!

they are pretty nummy, :9
and they arent greasy either which is nice!
hope you enjoy. <3

I always eat tortilla chips or shells with my chili/rice/cheese concoction.

Gonna try them for sure.

I have made ones similar to this a few weeks ago, and made them into nachos. So yummy. =-]

also good: pita brushed with olive oil and zahtar, then baked to a crisp as above.
