Spicy peanut chicken:

Diced chicken breasts sautéed with chopped onion. Season to taste.

Sauce:

Ground clove of garlic
1-2 tbsp of peanut butter
lots of sriracha / other spicy sauce (to taste)
few tbsps of soy sauce

Serve with any side dish. If you're as fanatic about peanut butter as me this is SUCH a fucking good peanut butter dish.

basic peanut sauce. for an interesting (yummy) twist, add a bit of bourbon.

This, you can't go wrong with a satay-style sauce on grilled chicken.

Peanut Butter Pie
Filling
1 cup peanut butter
1 tub cool whip or other frozen whipped topping.
half stick softened butter
1/3 cup honey (you may substitute 1/2 cup sugar if you prefer)
mix thoroughly

Crust
Add Nutter Butters to a blender and pulse until crushed so you have about 1 1/2 - 2 cups. (off the top of my head, so you may need more or less)
Melt other half stick of butter thoroughly mix until it holds shape when balled in your hand.
Press Nutter Butter "dough" into pie tin/plate to about 1/8-1/4 in thickness.
I like to drizzle some honey over the crust.

Spread filling over the crust. Refrigerate until filling is firm. Enjoy.

It's quite rich, so I usually use light cool whip, and you can omit butter from the filling if you like.
