my vooking english isnt that good but heres what u do:;
cook your noodles until they are a bit before al dente - meaning still a little hard
get water out of your pot
put noodles on fire again - while moving them
add butter and pepper
your noodles should not be wet and very delicious

I believe one of two solutions may be in order.
1: put Parmesan cheese on the spag right away.
2: let the noodles sit in the drain colander for a while longer. (be sure to shake them and move them or they will stick together).
HTH!
