pad thai

boil water for noodles. (wide asian rice noodles is best.)

stiry fry chunks of dark meat chicken, set aside

stir fry onion, carrot, bean sprouts, adding one at a time

add the chicken back, allow to reheat briefly, then add some soy sauce

add the juice from the can of sprouts and a tsp of chicken soup base

add rice noodles to the boiling water

bring wok to boil

add peanut butter to wok, mix well

ideally the noodles should be just finishing at this point. add some frozen broccoli florets to the noodle pot (with the noodles still there, thats fine)

allow broccoli to heat briefly, then strain and add to wok.

mix well and serve

One thing I like to use to spice up peanut butter sandwiches is sunflower seeds. Make a peanut butter sandwich with thinly sliced bananas inside, then cut off the crusts and spread another layer of peanut butter along the outside edges, and then dip them in sunflower seeds!
