Seriously though, take 1 cup of peanut butter, mix with 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla, roll into balls, dip in melted chocolate, and freeze for about 15 minutes

i'm eating this + some dried fruit + oats + nuts. and some melted marshmellows instead of maple syrup.
