I'm no cook but in my previous endeavors, let the pasta sit for a bit; the pasta will soak up most of the moisture and THEN serve. You'll notice the difference.

can cook the pasta really really hot so the excess water will evaporate after you drain
an if u heat your sauce by melting your favorite cheese into it might soak ur bread less

Eww no thank you


Throw some oil or butter into your noodles after they ar cooked and let them sit 5 minutes before you serve them onto your plate.. they will soak up the excess liquid and the butter will help keep them from sticking to each other :)

Because the pasta pulls in as much liquid when cooking as it can hence why it expands, after cooking it allow it to sit and the excess moisture taken in will come out.
