carrots kill the flavours of everything and they make soup taste bad and they make sandwiches taste like nasty carrot flavour. they make meats taste like carrots and pot stew roats taste like carrots. when u cook it too much they become soggy sour nasty flavour and when u cook it not enough they are too sweet and sugar.
they have not naturtional value less than any other vegetable and the only benefits are vitamin that can be had from more naturitional veggeis.

you get some organic carrots, scrub them well, cut them up into big chunks and throw them in with your pot roast unpeeled.
SOOOOOO good.
sooo good in soups too, get yourself a mandalin for the celery carrots and onions, then sweat them all together when your making a soup that goes well with carrots in it like chicken noodle. course carrots dont go well in every soup.
they also go really well with just about anything if your into juicing or making green smoothies.
