On October 15th the ladder will be reset & the reigning team will receive a prize of 500 fg, 2nd place will receive 250fg and 3rd place will receive 125fg. If you would like to add to the pot, pm me for details. Initial standings will be randomly generated after a minimum of 8 groups sign up, OR i and the groups involved are satisfied with number of groups.

New 2v2 Ladder for USeast Ladder - Will be constantly updated and cleaned

Ladder Format:
- Unlimited Spots Avaliable
- Can challenge up to two spots ahead of you
- 3 Day dodge limit, if no response or refuses to duel for 3 days = auto loss. If you're never on at the same time then the challenged is cancelled and no re-challenge for 24 hours
- Must post in this thread and also PM the person if you would like to challenge someone
- Must save the PM in which you called the person out in your inbox (hit save a copy before sending) for proof that you challenged (people may get lost in the call outs in big threads)
- Must wait 24 hours before you can re-challenge the same person
- Only one character per person
- If duels exceed 4 hours, they are considered null, no position change will occur and challenge is lost.
- If there are any disputes then u most provide at least 1 screenshot or pm me to med the duel
- If asked, you must show gear + inventory
- If for any reason you are caught using 3rd party programs, bming intentionally, etc. you will be removed from this ladder
- Three dodges = removal from ladder, rejoin when you come back tho

If you would like to switch the character comp/class/type that you're signed up with, you may do so and it will result in a reset of position on the ladder (ie:d/t to b/t) (b/n to t/d)

Please read the updates/pending challenges before challenging people - information on absences and such are located here (vacation absence can secure position for 3 days)

GENERAL RULES
- Both teams must say go
- Talking shit is allowed (adds to competition)
- Towning at any moment counts as a death for that round (unless blatant mistake and not avoiding damage)
- Dueling format is ft3 unless otherwise specified by specified (ft5 max)

Specific Rules
- duels take place in the blood moor
- must clear moor before dueling
- no thawing/antidote pots
- no rejuvs/hp pots
- mana pools are not allowed unless agreed on by both teams.
- no shrines/wells
- no mercs
- no prebuffing (cube inventory is ok)
- must maintain same class/type when dueling - respeccing allowed (switching to max block etc) but must maintain class/type
- max resist of any element is 85%* (or 5% max and 20% sorb)
- max absorb of any element is 20%*
- can't use any +max resist or +%absorb with rising sun, tgods, or luna
- life replenish is capped at 40 (exception of 52 for barbs with angelics and double hoto switch+dungos for barb)
- max poison off items is 451
- no more then 10% slow off items (with the exception of arach)
- no casting charges from items (unless agreed upon by both parties)
*don't combine more then 1-5% max with more then 20% absorb

CHARACTER SPECIFIC RULES:

Amazon:
- amazons may use 2 ravens with under 310 cold resist
- infinite arrows is not allowed unless agreed by both teams, mana and arrow conservation is a huge part of strategy, don't spam if you don't want to waste.
- slow missile is allowed

Assassin:
- c/c sins with above level 1 traps can't use any +absorb or +max

Barbarian:
- bvc's may use two ravens with under 310 cold resist

Necro:
- bonewall is banned
- iron madien is banned
- all corpse skills are banned
- prison is BM if enemy doesn't use enigma.
- hotspurs is allowed

Sorceress:
- can use either 10% max OR up to 20% sorb, cannot combine both of them.
- blizz sorcs may use doom
- magic and physical damage reduce are capped at 15
- may use mana pots regardless of ES %

Paladin:
- medi repping is capped at 10 seconds per every 30 seconds, meaning within a minute you may have used medi for a total of twenty seconds. If there is issues pertaining this, request one of the posted mods to moderate your duels.
- maximum of 1 base prayer
- defensive gc's are banned
- 1 piece of tap is allowed
- same res cap rules apply (if aura stacking % max, may not use items)

Gameplay Restrictions
- avoiding contact with an opponent intentionally with no plans of attacking for prolonged periods of time is unacceptable, defensive play is part of dueling but lets not have 11 hour 1-0's like a few years ago.
- casting of traps/missiles before both players say go
- camping in houses
- camping next to flavie (in the pathway between Moore/CP)
- there is no restrictions on in-game techniques (IBS, IGA, farcast(legit), hammer-fields, etc)
- no glitching (aura glitch, skill glitching, ww glitch, corpse glitch, blade fury, flame bellow, trang, etc)

Banned items
Any bugged items are banned, these include hybrid runewords.

Initial standings will be randomly generated after a minimum of 8 groups sign up. I will use a random number generator to assign each of those 8 groups a spot, 1-8. Anyone that signs up after the 8th group will just be added to the list in order of which they signed up.
