East Ladder 105/117 FCR Sorc Vs Sorc Ladder

SvS Rules:
These Rules have been Based on Standard D2GM rule set, they have been modified through trial to be as fair as physically possible for all duelists.

Third Party Programs:
No hacks. You will be banned from all ladders when caught if you use any kind of mod or hack.

Hybrid Runewords:
Hybrid runewords are not allowed at this time. (Up for debate)

Potions:
Vita Sorcs: May use mana pots only.
Es Vs Es Duels: May not use any pots.
Es Vs Vita Duels: Vita may use mana pots, Es may use mana pots if es is no greater than 79%.

Shrines:
All shrines are banned.

Allowed Sorceress Types:
105 fcr Fireball or Fire bolt Sorceress
117 fcr Lightning Sorceress
105 fcr Ice blast or Blizzard Sorceress
If these are not your main skills, you are not allowed to join!

Curses and Banned Spells / skills:
No characters may prebuff.
No Slow missile or any skill / curse used by item charge.
Enchant is not allowed.

Other:
The use of houses and walls is banned and considered being overly defensive this will result in a DQ if required.
Life Replenish is capped At 40.
No healing auras or otherwise.
Mercenaries are banned.
No more than 13x 20/17's small charms are allowed.
No more than 10x life/resist small charms is allowed.
In any situation where both persons die from each other it is a draw and a null point, the score stays the same and they proceed with the duel.

Banned Classes:
Enchant builds, Widow and Passion are banned from SvS.
Anything not listed under Allowed Sorceress Types (Frozen orb sorcs, Tstorm sorcs, Firewall Sorcs, nova Sorcs, ect)

Banned Gear:
Any item that adds a aura is banned. (Exceptions: Phoenix)

Resistances and Absorb:
If your cold resist is > 399, you may not wear a ravenfrost OR 10% max cold resistance.
You may only stack up to 450 cold resistance if not using a Absorb / Max
You may not use absorb over 20%.
You may only use one item of absorb.
You may not obtain overall max resistance of over 85%.
You may use 5% max resistance and up to 15% absorb at once (Vex/Dwarf & Lo/15% wisp)
You may use each type of absorb or max resistance at the same time. (example: tgod + infernostrides + ravenfrost)


Resistances and Absorb Exceptions:
Nightwing is not considered an absorb item.
TGod is considered a max resistance item, not an absorb item.
Es vs ES Duels: You may not use any absorb. You may however use up to 5% maximum resistance. (Vex Rune or Lo Rune)
Es vs ES Duels: You may not obtain overall max resistance of over 80%.
Es vs Vita duels: Es may not obtain overall max resistance of over 80% OR one Dwarf star, but Vita can still still use up to 10% max resistance or 80/15.

Required Screen Shots After Duels:
It is quite simple on how to take an s/s correctly the way it is needed so us mods can check if you use hacks.

1. Have game map up while taking s/s.
2. Have your message log up with at LEAST 1 kill.
3. Have your left side skills up.
4. Take s/s of both of those.
5. Go to a website in which can upload your image , such as imageshack or tinypic.
6. Post the s/s on website.

Thats how simple it is to post a correct s/s in order for us to see you don't use hacks and you actually won the duel.

Posting this a little early to spark up some interest :) my sorc will be ready to mess around on in a week or so

We will start this ladder when more than 6 people sign up, and yes this is intended to be a budget ladder for fair duels men.

I think hybrids should be allowed hehe since I have the spirit of Phoenix already and u shouldn't cancel them out just because it's early

Also why no mana pots Es vs Es. Es blizz will stand no chance vs fb without

meh bro...
personally I'm agaisnt hybrids (in every ladder i've been in they were never allowed).
Ever since I've played d2, the only hybrid runeword i've ever owned/own is an SOP ST..and I use it for pub duels, never in GM duels. I'm not a fan of these.
