This is for the east Non Ladder melee dueling ladder,
i have made this thread in attempts to keep the ladder itself clean of the back and forth comments about the rules.

Figure, the old one was close for some reasons (Which I dont know of. I don't know why because it was mostly decission about f150's circ. ) Which is why I decide to repost it. We need it badly because some wierd things going on the ugml like massive spamming/nobody knows rules/etc.

On that news, On dodging/canceling part; 3 days+ midnight and not 4 days + midnight like some people is thinking or guessing because 4 days+ midnights is holding up ladder and clogging it tooooo much and also, canceling part, only way be cancel if the users is having problems with extension.

And another problem for council if someone is having problems we should pm them and not post in ugml thread. It's fine spamming last post before update. That's really fine because it's helping the council update which it's thier responablity to update.

Wasn't off subject. It was decission dealing with ur item and what should We as council do about it.

i was talking bout post #7 being off subject but im calm now and a council member can pm me and i will plea my case.
