The new †estament PvP Ladder is now on!

First of all, this activity has for main goal to have fun with each other. It is friendly competition.
Everyone can sign in.
The Ladder is made for UsEast Ladder Softcore
Posts are divided by sections, because we are not able to post all in the same post, due to the maximum character count in the guild topics.

List of duelers. (Post 2)
Rules. (Post 3,4,5)
How to challenge someone. (Post 6)
How do declare you won the duel. (Post 7)

This season the ladder will be managed by Ravaging and Ambiance

Be sure to read all the posts below before signing in. You must follow all the steps below even if you didn't read them, and consequences will be given too.

I hope everyone will have fun with this new Ladder!

Here is the list of duelers.

Everyone is welcome to sign in.
To sign in, you must post your char name, your d2 account, your Class, and your d2jsp account ofc. This form is a way of being as clear as possible.

CharacterName/AccountName/CharacterType/(Jsp)

Here is an example:

Pistol/PG./Amazon (PG_team)

Because of the new patch that doesn't allow us to level in gubers, you are free to continue to level your char.
But, you have to be able to duel since you sign in. So you are not allowed to sign in when you are level 1 and then level your char.

When you sign in, you start at the bottom. Then, you can duel other people and get higher.

You are only allowed to have one character on the ladder at a time

You are allowed to respec your character's stats if you get a new pice of gear, you are not allowed to change your skill set nor are you allowed to change from vita/es/max block/ect.

If you wish to change your skills or if you are max block/vita/es, you must start from the bottom of the ladder

Here all the rules everyone has to follow. Being lower level or having low gear doesn't allow you to break the rules.
This list is made so duels are as most fair as possible.

THE NO'S SECTION:

- No use of Life tap.
- NO HACKS THAT IMPROVE PVP ABILTIES ARE ALLOWED.
- No more than 40 Life Replenish is allowed on any character.
- Items which contain spell charges are allowed, but the use of the charges is not.
- All items which grant a chance to cast Amplify Damage are NOT allowed.
- No mercenaries are allowed.
- No Guardian Angel Armors.
- No two pieces of Sorb or Max Resistance of the same Element.
- No More then 75% Poison Reduction is allowed.
- No Naked killing.
- No Hotspurs Unless Said Otherwise Under Characters(See below).
- No more then 85% Resistance to an Element.
- No Money Takers.
- No 100+ resist Shields.
- No Health pot's.
- No Holy Freeze (Vs Ias).

THE YES'S SECTION:

- Items that Grant Aura (Except Hf vs Ias).
- Only one item that grants an elemental absorb type is allowed.
- Only one item that Grants Max %+ Resistance or skill allowed.
- 80% resist of an element + a % sorb is allowed, but no more than 85 resists without sorb (i.e. waterwalk + dwarf (80/15 or 80/20) = gm, waterwalk + 2x vex'd helm (90/0) OR waterwalk + vex'd helm + dwarf (85/15 or 85/20)= bm)
- A maximum of 451 poison damage is allowed from charms for all Ias characters.
- No Cap on R/w.
- No Cap on IAS.
- There is no restrictions on in-game techniques(IBS, IGA, farcast, hammer-fields, etc)*
MISC SECTION:

- Upon starting duels agree to WSG as allowed or not.
- One Person says "Go" from each team to begin dueling.
- Leaving the Dueling Arena during a duel is considered a loss NO EXCEPTIONS.
- No Disappearing off your Opponents Map for more then 10 Seconds = Auto Loss.
- No overly defensive play (100% teleport off screen as soon as you're on their mini map).
- No avoiding contact with an opponent intentionally with no plans of attacking.
- No casting of traps/missiles before both players say go.
- No extended use of houses.
- No stacking mana potion's.

SORC-SPECIFIC RULES:

- No Max Resist/Absorb allowed if you're using Energy shield.
- No Pre Buffing ES.
- May Use Doom.

NECRO-SPECIFIC RULES:

- Recast of Bone Armor Is Allowed.
- Bone Prison is allowed vs. anything that can Teleport in 1v1.
- All Curses allowed Except Iron Maiden, Life Tap, Decrepify.
- NO Corpse skills are allowed.
- Fire Golem+ Dwarf Star is allowed(not vs fire trappers).
- Hot Spurs are allowed.
- No Overly Mass Defensive IBS Spamming.

DRUID-SPECIFIC RULES:

- No Thunder Gods.
- No Snow Clash.
- Wisp Protector and Dwarf Are allowed.
- Recasting Cyclone, Wolfs, Sage, Ravens, and Hurricane Are allowed.
- Wind druids may not use hotspur's.

ASN-SPECIFIC RULES:

- Dual Claw Assassins can wear 1 Raven or 1 dwarf.
- Hotspurs Allowed on Non-Dual Claw Assassins.
- No Left Click Modding.
- No Prebuffing Skills.
- Dual ClawAssassins may not use tgods or hotspurs.
BARB-SPECIFIC RULES:

- No Prebuffing.
- 2 Raven Frost Allowed.
- 1 Raven if stacking.
AMAZON SPECIFIC RULES:

- No Battle Orders allowed in 1vs1(Zvz).
- Hotspurs allowed (Bowzons only).
- Slow Missile is not allowed.
- 2 Raven Frost Allowed.

PALADIN SPECIFIC RULES:

- Using a Resistance Aura Counts as a Sorb Item.
- Cleansing and Meditation are allowed.


If you are asked to, you must show all your gear, inventory and switch. If you don't want to, it will be considered as a warn and a temporal removal of the Pvp Ladder for 1 week and you will have to restart by the bottom. But you have to send me, by PM, a screenshot of your opponent refusing to reveal his gear.

If we find you are using any hack or mod during the duel, including Map hack, it will be a permanent ban of the PvP Ladder.

If you don't follow the rules (ex: BM sorb), it is an auto-loose and PM me if your opponent doesn't follow rules.
If it repetes too much, consiquences will be given.

If your opponent become mean or mad in the duel and/or saying innapropriate sentences (ex: you bming lil piece or shit), let me know, by PM, with a screenshot as well. This guild do not allow mean people.

If during the duel there is a tie (both player die), it doesn't count as a point. (ex: it is 2-3, and both die in the next round, it stays 2-3)


If you have any suggestion of update to this list, because you feel it is unfair, feel free to PM me or Ambiance about it.
You have to bring me some valuable arguments. Because you don't like a rule doesn't make it unfair.
We will discuss and if needed, changes will be made if you have a valid argument.

How to challenge someone

When you want to challenge someone, follow these steps:

Your stats challenges stats of your opponent.

Here is an example:

Pistol/PG./Amazon (PG_team) challenges Morphie/DiamorphineSky./Sorceress (DiamorphineSky)


Also,PM your opponent when you challenge him, so he can know he got challenged.

You can only challenge someone 2 ranks higher than yours. If you are #5, you can challenge #4 or #3.

you are not allowed to be in more than 1 challenge at a time

The challenges must be completed in 3 days. After this time, it will be interrupted as a dodge and the challenged, will automatically loose their rank.
If you win a challenge you do not have a delay before you are allowed to challenge someone else. If you lose you must wait 24 hours to challenge the same opponent, yet there is no delay if you wish to challenge a different one.

If there is a reason that the duels cannot take place in the allotted timeframe, then one or both of the contestants should pm me with the reason why the duel cannot take place and i will give you more time to complete the duel]/b]

The Winner of the duel should post the screen shot of the results

1. RePost your info and your opponent's info.
2. Post who won, obviously.
3. Post a screenshot of your left click showing and the score on your screen, this must me said by you and your opponent, also minimap turned on.
Example :

Pistol/PG./Amazon (PG_team) challenged Morphie/DiamorphineSky./Sorceress (DiamorphineSky)

DiamorphineSky won

If everyone does this, it will be fair. If you don't follow these steps, you may have to reduel.

I know I am not the coordinator at this moment due to inactivity in pvp however I will still update the list.

Guild pvp coordinators: I am considering making one ladder guild only and then another ladder for guilds wishing to join in some friendly competition.

exactly why I told Tyler it probably wasn't the best idea to have this posted in legit dueling unless it's open to other guilds (which really makes it into an all class 1 vs 1 pvp ladder).

Take me off of the list for now as I'll probably be re-entering it with my Druid. Thanks.

Removed from list for now, re-post when you want to get back on.
The #1 reason this is posted here instead of under guild topics is becaue of the char limit in guild chat. This is just to help clean things up.
When we get interest from other guild pvp coordinators on this then the inter-guild ladder will start up.
