Welcome, to the Cold sorceress vs. Cold sorceress GM Ladder.
All rules are listed and not subject to change unless submitted for review. If, however, you feel
one of these rules should be altered in any way, feel free to Private Message TheNerdHunter and we can discuss the matter further.
Disclosure:
By joining our ladder, you are accountable to know and follow the GM rules provided. If you do not properly abide by the GM rules listed, expolsion and/or suspension
from the ladder could occur.
RULES:
The Chat section:
Please be considerate. You may talk in the chat, but please do not spam. Personal problems with other players must stay out of the chat.
If you are warned for disrupting these procedures, you will get a verbal warning. Repeating an offense will get you a warn.
Types Allowed:
Cold Sorceresses ONLY allowed to compete in this ladder. Any other class is forbidden.
Examples of Cold sorceresses include: Blizzers, Frozen Orber's, Blizzard Sorceress, etc.
Third Party Programs:
No Hacks or third party programs allowed. If you are caught using any hack or third party program you will be permanently removed.
Failure to provide a pot test requested by your opponent will result in a null duel. The duel will then be done under the supervision
of one of the moderators of this ladder. So please, stay legit.
Banned Skills/Misc
No mercenaries
No Melee Sorcs
No Light/Fire damage allowed
No Healing is allowed
No welling
No over-defensive dueling
No more then 10x 15/70s are allowed
Absolutley no prebuffing
Life replenish is subject to a cap of 30
The use of corners, houses, and walls are banned.
If both are to die at the same time, it is a null battle.
Re-Boing is allowed
No lower Res
No conviction
Gear:
For Vita Based Sorceresses:
You may stack your res as high as you would like, so long as it is within the limitations.
You may utilize mana potions.
For Energy Shield Based Sorceresses:
Your Energy shield may not be prebuffed.
If your Energy Shield is not above 75% you may use mana potions without the practice of mitigation.
You may not utilize mana potions if you are above 75% ES, unless you are dueling another ES Sorc.
Absorb and Exceptions:
You may only use one item of absorb.
You may not obtain overall max resistance of over 85%.
You may only use one item to stack your resistances.
(Stack is considered any item giving 75+ res to cold.)
If you use a piece of stack when dueling, then a raven is not permitted.
Ravenfrosts are the only piece of absorb permitted.
No more than 50 resist of any type can be achieved from charms. (excluding annihilus and torch)
Potting:
No Health pots.
Mana pots are usable by Vitality based Sorceresses.
Mana pots are usable by ES Sorceresses ONLY if you are under 85% ES and the opponent is ES Based.
If your ES is above 85% you may not utilize Mana pots.
If Your Sorceress is 75% ES or less, you may use Mana pots. Though, you may not practice Mitigation.
Mitigation: (For Energy Shield Based Sorceresses)
Mitigation Limit is 100%.
Calculated like so: Your ES % + Amount of Absorb from an item can not surpass 100 when added. (I.E 80% es + one raven = 100% Mitigation Limit)
Dodge Rules:
Four (4) days is the Limit to practice the dodge rule. If the opponent refuses to duel/respond or appear on JSP for over 4 days the opponent will recieve his spot.
Games and Screenshots:
All challenges are done in Hell.
After you challenge a player, you must personally wait 3 days upon challenging them again. However, other opponents may challenge them.
You must post a screenshot of the Duel when it is over, along with the winning bout scores.
(Include the gamename and score in the S/S)
MIA or a Leave of Absence:
If you have to remove yourself for any reason on this ladder you will be posted in the MIA section.
When you rejoin, you will have to start all over again.
Challening Protocol:
When challenging on the ladder, post all information for both participants and send a personal message to the player you challenged.
Put your Information first, and your opponents information Second.
