This is obviously aimed towards the tournaments that I host more so than the general community.
Some things are there to stay that some people might not agree with but I'm looking for criticism nonetheless.

Don't really see this as a valid change. Sure Exile has 3x the CtC value of Dracul's but you also have to sacrifice 35 FCR/55 FHR for it, and the curse is nearly 50% less duration and radius.
It's a definite trade off.

I have a 30 is 293 ed fools. Maybe 20k nowadays. I sell gg stuff and duel with bad gear for more challenging duels

Have you tried KB claws vs Smite? Forcing Charge via hard lock and clipping the path? Played against all the top Ghosts from that GvG ladder and none of them approached Paladins the right way.

Just don't see warrant for a Smite nerf overall, honestly. But that's considering all things, not just Smite vs Ghost. You have to consider what implications it could have on other matchups as well.
