With SM you have to tele stomp means all he has to do is sit in psn and just keep teleportting away.
I don't consider Psn skills such as psn nova / plague jav / rabies to be gm, and on top of that SM. Might as well use a full invin of 451's but that isn't legal on here so not sure what the difference is.
I'm not going to argue over what should be legal or not, it is not my pvp ladder so I just dropped.
