Life rep has breakpoints like fhr, fcr, fbr,frw etc. 38 and 42 are breakpoints and 40 is in the middle. It's like having 50 fcr on a barb meaning you hit he 37 bp, not 63 or anywhere in between.
Replenish Life is the life gained per frame in 1/256ths of a point:
Life gained per second = Replenish Life * 25/256 (~Replenish Life/10). ergo, no bp's same as skill based frw, every 1% increases walk and run speeds by 0.06 yards per second, but item based frw is subject to diminishing returns but still doesn't have bp's as it's a fixed formula [ (150 * FR/W) / (150 + FR/W) ]
