Not that it affects my barb as I prefer to use the Bash damage (berserk synergy to my knowledge acts in a similar fashion as the skill, converting a portion of ur physical damage into magic, not adding to it) but im just looking at the rules here and I do not see magic damage mentioned anywhere.
Unique weapons such as Ginther's Rift (stats below) and others with magic damage are not banned.
Base Weapon Speed: [0]
+100-150% Enhanced Damage (varies)
Adds 50-120 Magic Damage
30% Increased Attack Speed
Magic Damage Reduced By 7-12 (varies)
Repairs 1 Durability in 5 Seconds
Even is magic damage is considered elemental, I don't see where anything in the rules would disallow adding more than one point into berserk.
If it is considered BM (which is usually defined as explicitly so in the rules), I am wondering why is one point allowed?
Perhaps I am missing something here, someone enlighten me please.
EDIT: Just wanted to add, I will be complying with the rules of this ladder either way, just wanted to give my interpretation of the GM melee rules
