To make things Clear, you should also stats in the RULE section that

- Slow Target is NOT allowed

- Merc is NOT allowed

hmm... is CTA counted as prebuff???

Cta is a prebuff but regardless, if it's a vita zon they have well over 3k life and it's rather unfair.

Tele is bm in zvz and so is cs, light fury / bolt are fine though.




I don't get west rules though... no 1.08 ele builds... you can use a nos coil? ROFL let's force bowas to lose DR to stack ias for a shitty belt that offers no bonuses.

Your rules look good and much easier to edit small things and adapt it to our tournament ! Thx :P
