48 hours to too much..

24 hours is too much..

3 days to complete a challenge is more then enough

get rid of it all together!!

if u wanna add 24 hours.. just change it to 4 days to complete ur challenge.. just get rid of extensions period!

i would say every month you're allowed to have 2 extensions ( that's 1 extension/15 days)
anyone that asked for extension will get an "x" beside their name and all these "x"'s will be gone once the new month roll.
that means if you asked for your second extension on december 29, once january rolls, you can again request up to a maximum of 2 extensions.
I would think this is better than 2 extensions every 3 months - thats overboard. 2 extensions every month will give everyone enough breathing space. and if one requires more than 2 extensions
then it's obvious that the ladder isn't for you at this time for he/she is busy.

I really dont believe in cancelled challenges because anyone holding the higher rank can exploit it's use
