Gonna go out a limb here..and say bui purposely pm this challenge to justin, because he knew justin is newer to the GVG lad and probably wasn't sure that was the rule. .

Otherwise everyone would have said not valid until 48 hours from the loss he suffered from 1 month ghost deaf

If property involved in a theft is valued in excess of $1,000, but not more than $3,000, then the crime is Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree. If the value is greater than $3,000, but no more than $50,000, then the crime is Grand Larceny in the Third Degree.

I believe Larceny/Grand larceny laws varies from state to state. For example, in my state (Virginia), the limit is $200.00
