regarding barb vs sorc:
ive never lost a ft5 vs any sorc other than lam3r, so i believe that the only issue is blizzard sorc (he was using eth armor & shield, which , together with cold armor, got him to over 2k def - that's banned now)
with tele charges you'll have to allow maxblock & es though, and i doubt that with 25 charges you will benefit there

anyway i'm curious about your ideas for rulechanges

keep in mind that we've been trying to keep rules as short as possible. i have issues with a few match ups, but for the sake of rule simplicity, didn't add rules about them.

are u talking mld? i never lost to a walk/run barb in ep playing as the sorc. and its very similar to mld.

i vouch for telecharges! keeping rules short as possible is not good. just look at the tours. mass amas and sorcs. it is very bad imo.
ill discuss with mat and ben some more. then ill post the changes i and other players would like to see. hope other ppl also will post their ideas here.

i would say test tele charges first. i am talking barb vs sorc duels.
not sure about the other really unfair duels (if there are any?).

No one uses druid because it's a useless char without teleport, necro, hammerdin and barb will be stronger and sorc and bowa will be weaker (2 of the strongest mld char atm wil be alot weaker)

EoP legalize, make a tournament with EoP and ppl will see what chars need to be "nerfed" and ferdia/alex can start write rules again

imo..

tele charges would suck, if you just have a finite amount of teleports then that just encourages the sorc to play more def to run you outta teleports and we're back to square 1.

EoP might change the matchup a lot, but then you'd need block on sorc and then if EoP was GM it might raise the price of the hybrid runewords and I guess its kinna bad to have a hybrid runeword as a " staple " item in a build.

I don't really see what the huuge problem is with defensive play by sorcs tho, barbs can get life rep whereas a sorc can only have up to 5 ( mine had 0 ). If the sorc has no rep in the matchup, it doesn't benefit them to snipe when the barb is mid/low HP as the barb can then rep more life over time than the sorc's damage from sniping ( es fb's dont do that much damage to barbs with 85% res ). So that would force a sorc to rush, and when a sorc rushes they can die really fast with only 40% block.
