IT IS PROPOSITION OF RULES , not tour itself YET

=18LvL
1v1 Europe Non Ladder Tourney


Idea: every tour (ladder type) starts at 1st of new Month (possible 01.07.2013)
When you sign up you automaticly can start duels vs other participants.
Every jsp user sign up with 1 character MAX
Duels FT3 or FT5 (FT3 could make it more active ^^)
Each end of month there is scoreboard and 1winner (if we will pool some FG , so the winning price)



Rules:
General for all:

Look at general rules as well ! they differ from standard ones

LOCATION
Duels played mostly on blood moor, map limited to bridge.
Running around box on map is not allowed
Hiding inside house - auto lose

CAPACITIES
Drinking potions is NOT allowed(only sorc is allowed , read detail for sorc)
25replish life max
No shrines
Max resistance is 75
Restating character is not allowed (token/akara) , you are allowed only to exchange equip/charms from box

PLAYSTYLE
Caster vs Caster : both players on-screen is must (prefered arena - inner closiner center)
Caster vs Ranged/Melee : Can play offscreen but if you run away and enemy stops running after you , you have to strike back.
Ranged vs Melee : same as above
Ranged vs Caster : walk-away is only allowed (run/charge away is not allowed)
Melee vs ALL : walk-away is only allowed (run/charge away is not allowed)


Extra rules for classes:
Assassin:
No extra restrictions. Stick to standard rules.

Amazon:
Bow amazon walks only
Bow hybyrid walks only
CS/jabba do whatever want
Bugged spears are not allowed.

Necro:
Bone Armor cast before duel - recasting not allowed
Clay Golem - 1pt max
5 bone walls per screen max
self-boxing using walls not allowed
VS melee you are allowed to use either golem or walls.

Summoner necro (hyb with SAC or PNB) is allowed to use merc
(summoner must have 7+skeletons on main switch otherwise its not summoner)

Barb:
Leap is not allowed as a defensive (replife)

Paladin:
Holy freeze not allowed.
Charge cannot be used as a attack spell, only for mobility.
Bugged spears are not allowed.

Sorc:
Sorc is allowed to drink 2 super/great mana potions per duel.

Druid:
No extra restrictions. Stick to standard rules.


This is proposition to EURO-PLAYERS (18lvl)
I don't need crying east chargers here
or not 18 lvl players
or Octo~pusy trolling arround

If many euro-lvl18-players will be mad for bowa restriction: then I can play that tour with bowa as an example its still viable


Give me detailed answers for these rules please

If you play vs any well builded char you need whole manapool to kill enemy which is AFK
when you run + strike some FB miss + teleport cost alot
I think 2 manapots makes sorc visble in 1v1 , some 18lvl sorc players could agree or not. Otherwise you lose all x:0 if enemy playes properly.

In TvT sorc is much better char, but thats 1v1 tour ^^

yeah but still havent seen a 18 soso complain about mana yet :O
i think its a fair trade, teleport vs more mana drain
+ warmth which gives another advantage manawise compared to other chars
if i had a soso, id get a vbsod and orb with warmth, filled with eth for regen and jools for more dtm ;)
but its not that big of a deal that i would say erase that rule, doesnt concern my char anyway ^^

i will be in with my cs zon as soon as i find some more darn maiden javs

I don't like that bowers can't run. Limit their frw would be better imo

i see ;) never played an 18 soso so only made assumptions, as i said, im fine with the rule
just wasnt clear about it

What limit of frw you think of ?

standard bowa has CK (30) and possibly circ(20) charms(40x15/7)
so its 30 or 50 total frw

please dont tell me it needs more frw to win tour ^^
KB spears are enough vs kickers :p

My FB soso has 600mana 900life 450dmg (without sigon shield)
1v1 vs serious 18er its lost duel , even though she has perf stuffs

I made her to kill tombrunes and chaosruners 'protected' by 90+ lvls , that alot of fun ^^

throw barbs cannot run as a def. move vs. all ???

my play style with a throwbarb is a fast moving highly mobile character you have hobbled him

Please read carrefully, i wrote you are allowed to walk away vs casters only.

bolded part: you can run arround caster , or run after him , its ok
bolded part: you can run away from melee char

EDIT: Im up to TEST any of these rules (I have almost all builds for lvl 18)
