If you don't have a lot of keys you can just farm a few different areas in normal.

thanks alot about 3 and 4 questions i mean which jewels and large charms is best to cube . Who drops it as i know andy rare jools and act 2 sanctury for lcs
maybe there is anymore places which lcs and jewels best to cube for lvl 9 ?

Cube ilvl 14 or 13 jewels with a lvl 20 char (the jewels will always turn out to be ilvl 13, so you can cube them infinite until you got the desired stats)
To get a ilvl 14 jewel to start with simply cube an andy jewel with a lvl 25 char
