Even with a private proxy you need to be careful- if you just tried making an account on a public proxy, they'll just start deleting everyone who registers to "burn down the forest"
You need to use a private proxy, using a realistic sounding account name with no relevance to previous accounts, fresh email account, and make at least a week of posts on that proxy before switching out to avoid their notice
