In the low level dueling section we are pretty picky, we don't help people who won't help themselves. I'm sure most people posting here for a guide aren't used to the way we operate so I'll be posting this to help you out.
In the Strategy and Guide section they are pretty knowledgeable about things relating to high level dueling and PvM but if you want real low level dueling advice nothing compares to us.

Hey, I'm looking for some help on my fireball sorceress.
I've thought about some items I should use, I was considering:
A peasant crown for my helmet, maybe with a perfect sapphire for mana?
A spirit sword or Spectral shard for my weapon, that should help me with resists and fcr.
Sanders or some tri-resist boots?
Definitely magefists for my gloves.
I figured for my skills I could do:
20 fireball
10 firebolt
1 warmth
Should I put some more into firebolt, fire mastery or energy shield?
Basically if you can give us some ideas for what you want to use, then we can help you further.
