It was a jointly geared nec between dave and I. Dave now owns the whole thing.

I don't think this will have a significant impact. Would rather rules kept as simple as possible rather than small tweaks that don't have much impact.

it's true, I wouldn't bother banning it, or anything, for specific matchups.

im actually very lucky. unrestricted web access for the most part that isn't monitored. I just can't see pictures lol

i also get to listen to audiobooks at my desk all day, or music or w/e so its not too bad.

I beat Druid on my necro probly 50-60% of the time... Druid is probably one of the more handicapped llds, nn to make it more handicapped.

ok so after that brief off topic (18 pages):

Rules Agreed:
1. Allow 10 repl on Sorc's
2. Tele Staff allowed on Barb and Nec
3. Allow CTC Amp or KB on ama's

Rule Clarifications
1. 75 res if using teleport?
2. no CTC or KB vs FRW Barb & Shapers?

More Rules
1. Ban Shiver/frozen armor ?
2. Allow Bone Prison vs Sorc?
3. Allow tele staff's all characters?

No Change
1. Medi skilled remains banned

if i can get feedback on all that please.
