I think that people have misunderstood the fact that this thread is solely about 18 sorcs, and which level caps they should be allowed, considering people are talking about other builds at levels >18.
Imo, the pvp damage dealt is far inferior to the super awesomeness of 6/xx/20's x10 on a good zealot ( that uses clegs) compared to the miniscule pvp damage dealt by fireball/iceblast.
18 (safe to call MLLD [mid low level dueling]) should be a varied cap, considering the vast differences between classes at this level.

From what I gather the lvl18 community as a whole at least agree on lvl19. 20 is more open to discussion, but I think 21 poses to many serious issues (105fcr bp/melee dmg using fine sustanance charms) to be considered at this time.Imo this is where we should start to see if it fixes the problem. iam willing to put the agreed upon gm rules including lvl caps in my profile if people think it would help keep things orderly.

I'm gonna have to go the route of Paul on this one, I don't see just sorcs being able to go to 19.

And to be honest, they're still fun to play with at lvl 18, and still have a chance to beat some characters.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the damage for what was stated (383-454) actually 18, not 19?

also, won't level 19 open up these charms
20Life/18Mana Large
20Life/12res charms
20Life/18Defense (For defensive build sorcs)
Not that these are gamechangers, still something to keep in mind

15life/7mana and 20life/33mana gc are both better imo.
resistances cost to much mana as it is.
def sorcs could use a boost no?
