I told you I've tested it on various chars. It can't beat melees or range physical (bowas and throwers)

So we are up for this? I can make a new thread with rules and characters, but I need to know what is allowed and what isn't. Any other builds we think should or should not be allowed in?
No:
Fball/fwall/blizz/light sorcs
hdin/physical charger
bone nec
LS trap/WOF trapsin
Bowa/Plaguer
Teledruid (maybe normal druid too? dunno on that one)/Fissure
WW barbs
General Rules:
-No dupes.
-No third party programs (hacks)
-General (no nk, gs, jumping)
-No health or juv pots
-No +Max Res% (75 res all)
-No Holy Freeze or Slow of any kind (unless the char is a froster)
-General l8zing rules, extensive use of walls or houses to run. Running to replen.
-No Prebuff
-Poison Length reduction is allowed if it's not swap gear. Going to stash to throw on i.e. death's set to duel a plaguer is bm. Having plr on an item you use normally regardless of poison damage, is fine.
-No Holy bolt (tvt)
Paladin Rules:
-No Cleansing
Zon Rules:
-No slow missiles. This gets tricky with Peace armor, in most tournaments if Peace procs the duel continues. However, some duelers may choose to null the duel or when it procs, wait and then continue.
Druid Rules:
-No recasting cyclone armor
Necro Rules (more than any other class):
-Bone prisons are just like HLD, they can be used on teleporting characters only.
-Max amount of bone walls on a screen is 4
-No Recasting Bone Armor
-Only Amplify damage and Lower res curses allowed.
-No skeles/revives.
