i no rite? can't use charms, they aren't rare.

Some chars would not be hit too hard by using only rares, others would be completely devestated. All rare hdin can still own even regularly geared llds, and all rare charger can still shoop!

Serious question for once, for sockets, since gems and runes are not rares, would rare jewels be the only socketables allowed? or since the base item will be rare, it can be socketed with anything?
