Flails are hard to find. This one was on west, but lost in the early days of 1.11. It is worse than a clegs damage wise, but you could go with a lower strength build with it.



I had a 20ias/amp flail with ~70max, but it still sucked.

yeah, but rares can have 20 ias too, which drops you on the next bp.

for sure i'd switch my azure/cleg for an 20ias/amp/70max flail anytime. :drool:
