I can't think of a single reason why anyone would trade 14% fhr for 5% fcr

Pre patch craft? Not really compairable imo for a few reasons.
14 fhr is at least 38 life
There's very few chars that would utilize the 5 fcr
Nice mana regen

lol if i had this on my light sosa i could hit 117 fcr with frost on and the 1 skill shield i would love this

doesnt matter when you use bmanas, es, and insight, yet keep losing

well hard to do seeing as how i don't have any bmanas on that sorc nor do i have a insight on her so guess again

so shes a totally free kill instead of taking a while cuz running to regen now?

I could have some weird prepatch craft with mods that can't spawn anymore but it isn't better than a more practical craft of the current patch persay
