maelstrom is 30 fcr I think but you lose too much to equip it

Nec is kind of fun but barb/hammerdin/fb sorc are the best in classic lld

plague zon is nice too if you are smooth

I only ever met 2 necro LLDs and they both were no threat at all. I suppose if you could find a proper wand though that you would have to make one!

its a damn shame classic isn't just a bit more balanced for 30. i'm sure HLD the gap slightly closes but even there its so IMBA

I don't know that the gap closes much in hld other than necs becoming better. It's still pretty much hdin/barb/sorc.. even then barbs are mostly bvb. Necs mostly for nvn last time I played there too. Maybe they just love their mirror matches on classic.

nvn spear only is fun in any game lol, simple but fun. I wish Bowa or even a plague could really compete, that's like a lost class ice maiden can clear cs slow but sucks pvp

bvb is half of classic lol, fun to make people cry on a bleeder clegs barb with their 20k item builds.

Plaguer is good in lvl 30 duels. Paul made one one time when a few of us were making LLDs on classic ladder. I had a FB and BvA (with a pretty sick bvb setup too), my buddy who doesn't JSP had made a really really awesome hdin, kenw from jsp made a nec and then there were a bunch of random classic only people who made some too, and Paul with his plaguer. He really owned pretty hard on it, nobody has PR in classic haha... and even on my Max frw/range 4 (huge dmg AA), 75 PR/75 PLR bva he could beat me a couple times just because he was so damn slick with his movements.

that would be a fun build there, I love plaguers on xpac.

when I played classic Dubness was in a pretty big scene but it was all barbs and sorcs as well. I had a barb, sorc, and a charger. charging some sorcs was fun with bsnap

Do you want to make classic lad LLDs next ladder? I usually make a lvl 16 ice blaster and a lvl 30 naga/AA bva or fber

All this talk has got me wanting to do it again haha I wouldn't have too much time but it doesn't take much time to bump jsp threads for trades

I'd be up for it.
